Property appropriation scandals/ Does the SPAK have eyes to see the corruption of Artan Lame and Ben Blushi?

For the former politician, now turned into a national television director, Ben Blushi, it seems that the arrival of the Renaissance (Socialist Party) in power, was a favor for him. CNA.al has reported in a complete investigative file regarding Ben Blushi?s dizzying wealth, and how his millions have increased with the coming of the Renaissance to power.

But, beyond the accusations against the former politician, it seems that the Albanian Cadastre is also involved in the scandal. At least three or four property conflict cases have been reported in the media, with the Cadastre and ALUIZNI apparently used directly.

A few months ago CNA.al reported about the legalization of a property in Dardha of Korça in the tourist area with about 2.000 square meters of land. In a published video, Ben Blushi appeared clashing with his neighbors and fellow villagers over a land which he has legalized and then obtained a building permit.

While the law does not allow you to legalize no more than 500 square meters, Ben Blushi had been able to legalize an area of almost 2 thousand square meters, and he had done so through the Cadastre.

The second case is that of Dhërmi. It is about an area of about 5.800 square meters of land in Dhërmi, alienated state property. Placed under other names, and then registered in the name of Ben Blushi. This denunciation made public with documents by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha clearly showed that Ben Blushi, through a scheme had used the Cadastre not of Korça but that of Vlora to register another property.

The third case is another property worth millions of euros in Morava of Korça, in connection with an investment made by businessman Arben Reli. Cadastre again was used in favor of one party, with a direct intervention, which leads to charges Artan Lame and The Cadastre of Albania in relation to the misuse of this institution in at least three cases by the director of Top Channel, Ben Blushi.

The latter claims that he has left politics, but with his departure from politics he has increased his greed to seize as much property as he can. So, in all three cases, if you look at them carefully, Artan Lame and the Cadastre of Albania were used, in favor of Ben Blushi, minimally abusing them, not to mention there are corruption scandals, because these should be investigated by the prosecution, which is apparently silent.

SPAK is facing the fact that it should investigate Ben Blushi and the Cadastre for corruption and property abuse. Because, this is claimed by at least three parties. Residents of Dardha village, businessman Arben Reli and another businessman in Dhërmi, Pandi Carapuli, with whom Ben Blushi clashed, attacking and publicly accused him./ CNA.al
