Modern stadium for the Superiore club, the Duke inspects the works

The President of the Football Federation, Armand Duka, together with the Mayor of Vora, Blerim Shera, closely inspected the progress of the works at the Vora stadium, where the new central stand is being built and important infrastructural interventions are being carried out.

During the visit, President Duka expressed his satisfaction with the pace of the works and emphasized the importance of this joint investment between the Albanian Football Association and the Municipality of Vora.

"This project, from the beginning, seemed to be a very good project. It is a project that did not start today, but it started over time, with the field that we have invested in together with the Municipality of Vora, with the other two stands. But in reality, today's stand and with all the facilities needed for such a stadium, is truly fantastic. I want to thank the mayor for the cooperation and also the club and the President of Vora. He has really been the initiator and has pushed us more to join this investment and project. What I told the Mayor is that it really seems like a dream to have such a stadium in Vora. Maybe it was not thought of before, but today it is a reality and it is not only this. We have also done another project for a field. We have built a training field in Vora. We will have other projects to serve it as much as possible. Today Vora is a different reality. It is a reality with more residents and more children, for whom we must create the best possible conditions to grow up. educated and to play football. I am very happy that today I see it coming to an end and I hope that at least at the beginning of 2026 we will see "Abissnet Superiore" football matches here in the stadium", - said President Duka.

The Mayor of Vora, Blerim Shera, thanked President Duka and the Albanian Football Federation for their continued support.

"President, thank you very much. I take this opportunity to express my gratitude for all the support you have given. Not only in the first realization of the training field in Ahmetaq, but also in the first stadium project. But what is here today is no longer, as you said, a dream. It seemed difficult at first, but it is a reality that is taking shape day by day and we can't wait for the club itself and all the citizens to hold the first opening match here in the new stadium. I express my gratitude for the cooperation we have had so far", - said the Mayor of Vora, Blerim Shera.

Works at the Vora stadium are continuing at a rapid pace. The investment foresees the construction of a new central stand, the reconstruction of the locker rooms, facilities for technical staff and other functional spaces, guaranteeing contemporary standards and modern conditions for the development of football.
