Spanja nuk i la të përdornin simbolet, Kombëtarja e Kosovës tërhiqet nga kompeticioni europian

Ekipi i Kosovës në karate është tërhequr nga Kampionati Europian në këtë sport që po mbahet në Guadalajara të Spanjës. Kjo ndodhi pasi Spanja nuk e la kombëtaren dardane të përdorte simbolet e veta. Kështu ekipi kosovar refuzoi të vazhdonte garën duke u larguar nga kompeticion.

Spanja nuk e njeh Kosovën si shtet dhe për këtë arsye nuk njeh as simbolet e saj. Kujtojmë që më herët kur kombëtarja e futbollit të Kosovës luajti në Spanjë gazetarët spanjollë në konferencën për shtyp e kishin problem ta përmendin emrin Kosovë. Kjo bëri që edhe përkthyesi i trajnerit të Kosovës të sqaronte që intervista nuk vazhdonte vetëm nëse gazetarët e përmendin Kosovën.
