How Sylvinjo is "squeezing" the players of the national team...

The Albanian national team will play on Monday against Poland, a valid match for the EURO 2024 qualifiers. This challenge will take place in Warsaw, while our red and black team have been preparing for days at the home of football in the capital.

The atmosphere in the team is quite positive. Today, our representative team held a physical session in the gym. For the most part, the Reds and Blacks have been inside the modern gym in this new complex.

Then they went down to the field under the orders of coach Sylvinho. In the afternoon, the next training is scheduled, where the goal is for the players to get the right load for the transfer at 20:45, next Monday.
