Difficult situation in Rome, revolution expected

The 5-2 defeat to Inter at San Siro has put Roma back in a difficult situation in the race for the Champions League zone.

The team has accumulated 54 points after 31 weeks, a similar average to previous coaches such as De Rossi, Mourinho and Fonseca.

Gian Piero Gasperini is looking for immediate reinforcements, while Friedkin's management are considering a revolution in the transfer market. There are also disagreements over the renewals of Mancini and Cristante, who have been frozen by the club.

In the championship, Roma has suffered 11 defeats and has shown problems in defense. In the transfer market, Zaragoza has not convinced, while the Vaz case has highlighted the differences between the club and the coach.

Malen has contributed to the Champions League race, but remains more of a coach's choice. In case of non-qualification in the Champions League, a deep revolution is expected and possible departures such as Dybala and Pellegrini.
