Sensational from Italy, De Bruyne towards leaving Napoli in January

Kevin De Bruyne was the most sensational signing of Napoli's summer transfer window, but expectations quickly faded due to physical problems.

The Belgian midfielder has been out since October 25th, after the match against Inter, due to a hamstring injury. His return to the field is not expected before March.

Meanwhile, with the opening of the winter transfer window, his stay in Italy has been called into question. According to Italian media, Napoli could consider selling him if concrete offers arrive from Saudi Arabia.

The player himself would also be open to evaluating other options, with the World Cup as a priority. At present, these are only hypotheses, while De Bruyne is expected to return to Napoli to continue his rehabilitation phase.
