AMAZING/ Germany closes with Nagelsmann, new coach ready

Julian Nagelsmann's adventure on the Germany bench appears to have come to an end after the team was eliminated by Paraguay on penalties at the 2026 World Cup.

According to reports from Germany, the German Football Association has held internal discussions to analyze the situation and the possibility of a change on the bench.

It is reported that the DFB leaders have decided to dismiss the coach and have asked Nagelsmann to resign to avoid an official dismissal. If the coach does not leave on his own, the federation may proceed with the termination of his contract.

The most talked-about name to replace him is Jurgen Klopp. The former Liverpool coach, currently in a management role at the Red Bull Group, is considered the leading candidate for the Germany bench.

Klopp is reportedly ready to return to coaching and could be released from his current position via a special clause. However, such an operation would also come at a significant cost to the German federation.
