Harry Kane's double qualifies England, victory in upset

England have secured qualification for the last 16 of the World Cup after a 2-1 upset victory over the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The match started better for the African team, who took the lead in the 7th minute through a goal scored by Cipenga. The first half ended with this result, although the Congolese also hit the post, while the English attempts were stopped by the opposing goalkeeper.

In the second half, striker Harry Kane turned the tide of the match by scoring twice, first to equalize in the 75th minute and then to put his team ahead in the 86th minute.

The result eliminates the Democratic Republic of Congo from the competition and sends England to the next round. In the round of 16, the "Three Lions" will play against Mexico, who earlier eliminated Ecuador.
