The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Federation has published the decisions after the last matches in all categories.

Teuta and Vllaznia have been fined 100 thousand lek each for lighting flares by fans and violating security at the stadium.

Egnatia midfielder Albano Aleksi has been suspended for two matches for provoking spectators. Vora has been fined 50,000 lek, while director Bazio Tragaj has been suspended for six months and banned from entering stadiums.

Klosi has been expelled from the Third Category for non-appearance and will be relegated one category below with a six-point deduction next season.

There were also penalties for Lushnja, Apolonia and several other clubs in the lower and age categories.

DECISIONS:

KF Teuta, for the misconduct of the spectators, lighting flares and violating the security inside the stadium, based on articles 17/1 and 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.

KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices as well as violating security inside the stadium, based on articles 17/1 and 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.

KF Egnatia player, Albano Aleksi, for provocation of spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.

KF Vora, for failing to take security measures, causing incidents after the end of the match, based on article 17/1 of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.

KF Vora official, Bazio Tragaj, for attacking match officials, based on article 14/1/l of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.

In accordance with Article 6/2/c of ??the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums and sporting events organized by the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) until the end of the sentence.

FC Lushnja official, Marjus Sula, for violent behavior and threats against match officials, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from all activities organized by the FSHF.
In accordance with article 6/2/c of ??the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums, sports activities organized by the FSHF, until the end of the sentence.

FC Lushnja player, Oltjam Haremi, for provocation of spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.

FK Apolonia, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.
Lojtari i FK Apolonia, Ersildjo Asllanaj, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

KF Klosi, për mosparaqitje më shumë se një herë në ndeshjet e vlefshme për Kampionatin Kombëtar të Kategorisë së Tretë , në bazë të nenit 16 të KDE, humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0 kundër Vllaznia B.

Në bazë të nenit 30/1 të Rregullores së Veprimtarisë Futbollistike, KF Klosi përjashtohet nga gara dhe zbritet në një kategori më poshtë duke iu zbritur 6 pikë në sezonin pasardhës.

Zyrtari i Eagle Football, Andi Matraxhiu, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 5 (pesë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i Eagle Football, Samuel Vrapi, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i KF Maliqi, Rudens Muçollari, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Zyrtari i KF Maliqi, Ervis Avdolli, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i KF Oriku, Xhuljano Mirani, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i FK Tomori, Theodhor Buda, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

KF Delvina, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.
Lushnja Vajza, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit të Vajzave, kundër KF Gramshi Vajza, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe lënien në fuqi të rezultatit të fushës. Sipas nenit 76/1/d të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 5%.

Lojtari i KF Skënderbeu U-18, Gazmend Lamallari, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i FC Dinamo City U-18, Kevin Mehmeti, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

The U-14 Football Academy, for activating players who are not eligible to play in the valid match of the Second Category U-14, Tirana Regional Zone, against Etien Academy U-14, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.

FC Internacional U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the Abyssnet Superiore U-16 Championship, against KF Shënkolli U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

Opening of a disciplinary investigation regarding the possible activation of players who are not eligible to play for the KF Devolli-Bylis B match.

Acceptance of the request of Luzi i Vogël 2008 and the restart from the beginning of the match between KF Tërbuni – Luzi i Vogël 2008, interrupted due to weather conditions, as it is objectively impossible to continue/resume the interrupted match in accordance with Article 16 of the KDE.

The rejection of the request of the U-14 Football Academy as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
