Anxiety in Moto GP, scary accidents for two pilots

The Moto GP race at the Montmelo track in Spain was accompanied by serious incidents, which overshadowed the result.

Two consecutive accidents caused the race to be interrupted and two pilots were rushed to the hospital, where fortunately their lives are out of danger.

The first episode occurred on lap 12, when Alex Marquez lost control of his bike while trying to avoid Acosta, who was experiencing technical problems. The Spanish rider went off the track and crashed hard into the guardrail. Due to the injuries and fractures he suffered, he was immediately taken to hospital.

After the race resumed, another serious incident caused panic among the riders and the public. Johann Zarco's leg got stuck in Francesco Bagnaia's motorbike, which took the Frenchman with it during the move. This contact led to his immediate exit from the track. Zarco was also taken to hospital for medical examinations, where doctors confirmed a fractured leg.

Detailed tests showed that he did not suffer any injuries to his upper body. Both athletes will undergo the necessary treatments for recovery.
