Video+Photo/ The EU summit "cleans up" Tirana

A day ago, the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, stated that on December 6, the Albanian security forces will be on the ground and will cooperate with the summit organizers who are in the Council of Europe for security measures.

Beyond security measures, there is another aspect.

The area where the summit will be held is being thoroughly protected. Cabbage is being laid, flower beds are being fixed, garbage is being cleaned, the steps of the Palace of Congresses, the surrounding streets and others are being washed.

In the photos taken by LSA, the entire area where the summit will be held is filled with construction workers or green cleaning workers of the Municipality.

On this occasion, the sidewalks are also being repaired. The first benefit that comes to Tirana from the EU Summit is this, the washing, cleaning and regularization./ CNA.al
