In Fier, the conflict between two sisters-in-law of the Kadhaj family has been going on for years due to construction work in the apartment.

Arben and Alketa Kadhaj denounce that their sister-in-law, Vasilika Kadhaj, does not allow them to carry out any interventions in the house, even though the works are carried out with a permit according to Article 6 and the family is in the process of legalization.
