Çelnik lives in France and has not set foot in Albania for 8 years. His first stop after so many years is the studio of "Diela Shqiptare" on Tv Klan after a mission brought him to "Ka Një Mesazh Për Ty".

Çelnik is a father of three children, two daughters and a son. In 2015, he found himself in a real battle for his life after an advanced tumor was found in his stomach. After the operation, Çelnik went to France for treatment, but his head was left behind. His second daughter, Klaudia, stayed in Albania to fulfill her promise to him to become a lawyer. On the other hand, Çelnik had also made a promise to her.

Çelnik: In 2015, I was diagnosed with a stomach tumor. The doctors told me that the disease had progressed a lot, and I needed surgery right away. I had surgery. They removed four-fifths of my stomach. I had 7 therapy sessions, I weighed 43 kilos, I was 44 years old, with three small children. The doctors told me that it was very difficult, they told my daughter-in-law and family that we had nothing to do with it, take it. We decided that in 2017, my daughter-in-law and son would emigrate to France like everyone else. My daughter had started school, the first year, and I really wanted my second daughter to become a lawyer. The eldest graduated from nursing and I would educate my children, but I didn't think that I would get such a serious illness that I would play with my health. We decided and told my daughter that we would emigrate, but she said no. Then I told her that if my father died, you would come back to life, give me your word, your promise that you would become a real lawyer. My father said okay, don't worry.
