It is a fact that for busy people, stress is an inevitable part of life. 

Numerous problems at work, uncertainty on the one hand and ambitions to achieve goals generate stress.

Family life, misunderstandings, failures, difficulties with children, parents, etc. are also a source of stress.

Environmental pollution from cars, construction, garbage, add here also the loud music in the bars below the palace are definitely a constant source of stress.
