Normalize health with Omega-3

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for life and health.

This means that the body cannot produce them on its own... it needs support from us, through food or supplements.

Food sources of Omega-3

Some foods that contain it:

- Salmon

- Sardines

- Get up

Herbal products:

Omega-3s from plants are a different form, unlike animal byproducts.

Most people cannot effectively convert the plant form into the form the body needs.

Omega-3 contains:

- Walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts.

- Flax seeds

- Chia seeds

- Beans

Most people don't get enough Omega-3 through their diet, so as a doctor, I often recommend supplementing with some supplements.
