Mistakes you make when dieting

If you're eating a zero-fat, zero-carb, zero-cholesterol diet, you could be creating a hormonal disaster in your body!

Here's why...

- Good quality fats and cholesterol are absolutely necessary for a healthy hormonal balance - as they are the building blocks for many hormones!

- Hormonal balance affects the well-being of all health, including the heart, brain, liver and maintaining a normal weight.

Hormones are fundamental to your body...including:

- metabolism

The balance of sugar and fats in the blood

- the appetite

People with hormonal adjustments suffer from increased appetite, but in many cases from the lack of desire to eat.

- Blood pressure

- Energy levels, sluggishness, breakouts.

- Kidney function

- Gut health

- Sleep etc...

So if:

- you feel tired

- you can't seem to lose weight

- feel crippled by anxiety

And if you do... a low fat, low carb diet is the worst thing you can do.

In fact, it's the opposite of what you should do!

Many people do not even understand how their so-called "healthy diets", which they get ready-made from many providers in Tirana and elsewhere, are loaded with inflammatory carbohydrates and tons of refined sugar.

They also consume large portions of these items... and that's a problem because those choices can actually keep your body in a chronic state of inflammation.

However, what I hear more and more often is that some of the outdated nutritional advice is still being passed around as "healthy".

These tips not only make you gain weight... they can seriously sabotage your hormonal health.

Advice like "you need to drastically lower your cholesterol and avoid foods high in dietary cholesterol" is simply not supported by science.
