Cardiologist: In the future people will live up to 150 years

Dr. Ernest von Schwarz, a scientist and specialist in cardiology has discovered that people in the future will be able to live much longer than now, from 120-150 years.

In an article in the " New York Post ", Dr. Ernest von Schrwarz, believes that the rapid advances in stem cells are an indication that we can live longer and work harder beyond current expectations, and it is all in the hands of humanity.

The famous cardiologist says that it will be completely normal that by the end of the century people will be able to live up to 150 years.

The only downside to all of this, says Schrwarz, is that the stem cells won't work alone. If you want to benefit and live longer, it's time to start eating healthy and exercising regularly.

The cardiologist warns that for people over 30 it may be too late to change their lives.

"I believe we can create life extensions," von Schwarz told the New York Post. "Perhaps within a few years people could live up to 120, 150 years, if not more than that.

And not just as bedridden individuals, but really as active individuals who can participate in social life, professional life and have a quality life. Because this is the goal", said the cardiologist.

The provocative claim may seem to test credibility.

Schwarz, who is a board-certified heart transplant cardiologist at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and the Hospital of Southern California Heart Institute, says a revolution is taking place in medicine.

"In recent years, we've moved from what we call reactive medicine to what we now call regenerative medicine using primarily stem cell therapy," Von Schwarz explains.

“Although stem cells are not FDA approved, this is the future of medicine where we are able to repair damage. And by repairing the damage, we can extend life, or even slow down some aging processes."

Von Schwarz lays out this thesis in his new book, Secrets of Immortality, which picks up where his previous book, The Secret World of Stem Cell Therapy, leaves off. He also describes the stem cells themselves.

He also told about the facial regeneration that they have applied to some celebrities.

"We inject stem cells into their face and they glow," he says. "The process repairs superficial skin damage and regenerates collagen on the face. After a few days, they look 5 to 10 years younger.”

Fame aside, the stem cell pioneer says they have more significant uses than just superficial applications.

“Stem cells can repair an arthritic knee, can create hair regrowth, and can repair some brain damage. An injection takes less than half an hour with no recovery time, compared to surgery."

Stem cells are the "master cells" of the body, ready to become blood, skin, hair - any part of the human body. Of natural origin, they are responsible for the regeneration of the body. But what Von Schwarz, and many other doctors, see as the future of medicine is going further than nature.

A large number of clinical trials are underway, but so far the FDA has approved only one therapy, for blood cancer patients, and warns that fraudsters have put people's lives at risk by offering bogus stem cell cures.

Von Schwarz says the stem cells will be validated to FDA standards.

"Stem cell therapy is considered to be the most important discovery in modern medicine, perhaps greater than the discovery of penicillin or the discovery of tuberculosis bacteria," Von Schwarz says in his book.

"We have treated patients with neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's or MS or even stroke and we have seen a significant improvement in their mobility and mental capacities," says the cardiologist.

Stem cell therapies are, of course, available now only to the wealthy, and unless the FDA approves them, they will remain that way.

Von Schwarz is convinced that stem cells don't make miracle cures, patients who want to benefit must also do the work, with a Mediterranean diet, exercise and ending toxic habits like smoking.

"A healthy diet can prolong life," he says, citing a study linking processed food consumption to increased rates of colon cancer in 20- to 30-year-olds.

Exercise is also a big factor.

"The recommendation is to exercise five days a week for a minimum of 150 to 300 minutes a week, which is 30 to 60 minutes a day of what we would call moderate-intensity exercise.

A more recent study showed that if you double the recommended amount, you can further extend your life by another seven years," he said.

Doctor's suggest getting serious at age 30 when our aging process begins.

"To turn back the clock, we have to start early. We know that by modifying lifestyle and reducing risk factors such as high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes, we can reduce cardiovascular death by 90% and prolong life.”

However, the next question is, even if all this is possible, would you want to live to be 120 years old?

"Humans have been looking for ways to live forever since the beginning of time," he says.

"I don't believe we are destined to achieve immortality. I am a firm believer that there must be something behind our earthly existence. I find it interesting to come from a scientific point of view to address these issues.”

But, he says, he wants people to live without disease.

"There are treatment options for conditions where even five years ago we thought there was nothing we could do. We want to increase the health space, not just the numerical life.”/ CNA
