The urban transformation in the "Isa Boletini" neighborhood in Shkodra is nearing completion. In addition to the complete thermal insulation of the buildings, the removal of electrical cables from the facades is also being carried out and their arrangement in an underground network is being carried out.

This process, developed in collaboration with OSHEE, is part of a new urban model that aims to eliminate the appearance of electrical cable networks on building facades and create a cleaner, safer, and more aesthetic environment for residents.

"As part of the works being carried out on the facades and cladding of the "Isa Boletini" neighborhood, we are putting the electrical lines underground. This comes as a collaboration between the Shkodra municipality and OSHEE. The lines were a problem not only for passers-by, but also for the apartments. This entire area will be in the process of requalification," said the administrator of Region No. 5 in Shkodra, Donika Ndoja.

Through these interventions, the aim is to set new standards for urban planning, combining investments in thermal insulation with improvements to electrical infrastructure and the city's appearance. /CNA
