The candidate for Tirana of the "Together We Win" coalition, Belind Kelliçi, has made a strong statement, as he spoke about his free urban transport project.
Kelliçi vowed that if he becomes mayor of Tirana and does not keep the promise of free transportation, he will resign.
He made this statement while talking to journalist Mentor Kikia on the show "Opinion".
