Tomorrow, February 28, Tirana will welcome for the first time a Summit entirely dedicated to Ukraine. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, will visit Albania for the first time, and is expected to arrive in Tirana on the evening of February 27.
It is learned that tomorrow Prime Minister Edi Rama will be at the Prime Minister's Office at 09:00. Meanwhile, journalists and operators must be at the Prime Minister's office at 8 o'clock.
At 11:00 a.m. the ceremony will take place at the Palace of Congresses for Volodymyr Zelensky's visit. At 13:30 there will be a joint conference between Rama and Zelensky.
He will be present at this summit from Brussels.
Oliver Varherly, European Commissioner for Enlargement, will be in Tirana from Brussels.
