Lulzim Basha and his associates did not attend Thursday's plenary session, as they refused to vote on the criminal amnesty bill, even though the majority had requested their votes.

After this action of Basha, the leader of the SP group, Bledi Çuçi, said that they do not want the votes of Luli's deputies, if they impose conditions.

Thus he discovered that Basha had set conditions to approve the criminal amnesty in the Assembly.

But it seems that Luli has not ended his games here. Today he brought out Enkelejd Alibeaj in a press conference, where the latter demanded that the SP return the bill to its original version.

"We are ready to vote for the amnesty of the initial version brought by the government. I publicly asked Minister Manja if he had discussed the initial draft law with the new Justice Institutions, I received a positive answer. So the draft law had received the green light from SPAK, GJKKO, KLGJ. And secondly, do not introduce sneaky amendments at the last moment that are not in the public interest of this amnesty", declared Alibeaj, while justifying himself by saying that he is not negotiating with the government./ CNA
