Former minister Ylli Manjani has expressed dissatisfaction with the way the Summit was organized during these two days in Tirana.

Undoubtedly, the state needs a professional army presence, but when I think that the tender of jackets is never connected with the tender of shoes and the tender of helicopters fails. It's the black page. When a country thinks of arming itself, it must be serious. We have crippled ourselves, we have killed each other where we find weapons. I don't think that the big powers care about Albania. Vucic went to his own work, and broke the agreement there. All this for Albania is zero," he said
