Former minister Ylli Manjani has expressed dissatisfaction with the way the Summit was organized during these two days in Tirana.
In the show "Now with Erla Mëhillin" in Euronea Albania, he emphasized that he does not believe in the theory of arming our country.
Among other things, he added that Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic came to Tirana and broke the agreement by removing two points for Russia.
According to him, the summit for Albania did not show anything.
"Countries like Albania, when they want to arm themselves, they buy weapons, they buy technology. I don't believe in the armament theory. Undoubtedly, the state needs a professional army presence, but when I think that the tender of jackets is never connected with the tender of shoes and the tender of helicopters fails. It's the black page. When a country thinks of arming itself, it must be serious. We have crippled ourselves, we have killed each other where we find weapons. I don't think that the big powers care about Albania. Vucic went to his own work, and broke the agreement there. All this for Albania is zero," he said
