Diaspora Vote/CEC: Over 170 thousand voters registered

The Central Election Commission announced in a Facebook post that so far over 170,000 voters from the Diaspora have registered on the platform for the May 11 elections.

The CEC reminds voters whose application on the platform was rejected that they can reapply without restriction until March 4. Before reapplying, the CEC says they should read the reason for the rejection.

 

"OVER 170,000 ALBANIAN VOTERS ABROAD HAVE REGISTERED IN PER
Apply in PER now and until MARCH 4, 2025!
Attention Voters from abroad whose application for registration in PER has been rejected have the right to reapply without restriction until March 4, 2025. Before reapplying, you MUST:
1. Carefully read the reason for the rejection of the application, which you can find in your PER account.
2. Click on the link in the message sent by the CEC to your phone or email address. Through this link you will receive help directly from the CEC ", writes the CEC./ CNA
