In some polling centers, in some of the cities, there were delays in starting the voting process.

Problems have been identified in the Voting Center located in the "Petro Nini Luarasi" school in Tirana.

It is learned that the electronic identification device does not work in this voting center. After the reports, the CEC informed the center in question that voting would open in 3 hours.

Likewise in Kavaja, where the reason is the lack of commissioners of the Democratic Party. The secretary has not yet arrived at polling station number 302.

In many voting centers of Korça, the Biometric identification device 'PEI' has shown problems in opening the voting.

The reason for the delay in starting the voting process in Pogradec is the lack of plugs in the Palace of Culture. The electronic identification devices could not be put into operation.

In the voting center 2351 at the Skampa Theater in Elbasan, there were delays in the start of the voting process caused by a problem with the identification device, since voting is done electronically in Elbasan./ CNA.al
