Prime Minister Edi Rama has closed the electoral campaign in Durrës where he once again called on the citizens not to vote for the SP on Sunday, May 14, but for the mayor Emiriana Sako.

Rama from Durrës has ironized the opposition, saying that even the few citizens who are left and support the opponents will burden them.

With a note of humor, Rama said that he does not want these democrats to join the Socialist Party as he will be forced to build the DP from scratch.

"I call on the Democrats to vote for our mayors. The vote is to hire and retain the right people to serve this great transformation project. It is the reason why I came to Durrës. Listen, I'm coming to Durrës because Emiriana is not doing well with the polls. This is about the future. As for the polls and the result, they want to know how we will come out in Durrë, let them count how many people are here today, it will be the difference of Sunday's result, thousands and thousands of votes difference between Emiriana Sako and the one who is not let's say that we have spoken and know everything.
