Gëzim Topçiu rejects Spaho's accusations/Clarifies the incident

Mayor Gëzim Topçiu has rejected the accusations of Berisha's PD deputy, Edmond Spaho, for buying votes, stating that the vote is secret.

Topçiu clarified the incident by emphasizing that an announcement was made in the unit that whoever has problems with the tools will be notified to make a self-declaration.

He added that he does not like incidents at all and called on everyone to keep calm.  

"The vote is secret, at this moment we have intervention from a member of parliament. We have made an announcement by unit, that whoever has problems with the tools, we are notifying them to make a self-declaration. I don't like incidents, I'm not part of them. I did not feel good when the tractor drivers took it with the MP. I appeal to everyone to calm down", said Topçiu./ CNA.al
