The deputy of Sali Berisha's DP and the former vice-president of Lulzim Basha, Edmond Spaho, has been reprimanded after he tried to enter the Socialist Party's activity in Maliq municipality, with the community of tractor drivers.

Spaho talked about buying votes in Maliq, for a municipality which has been run by SP for about 20 years.

" This activity has nothing to do with the municipality. It is an unauthorized activity that takes place within the campaign. I recorded the mayor. The municipal staff came at me from behind to curse and shout at me. They accused me of creating discord among people. I simply documented an illegal activity of Gëzim Topçi.

It has nothing to do with the municipality, it's for an electoral campaign, they're used to stealing votes", said Spaho./ CNA.al
