The head of the "Together We Win" coalition, Sali Berisha, has expressed the great pride that all democrats feel for the future mayor of Tirana, Belind Këlliç.

Berisha thanked Këlliç for his youthful energy and the programs he has brought for the benefit of the capital, which he described as the best in the history of the city of Tirana.
