Protests continue in France/ King Charles' visit is postponed

Protests in France against French President Emmanuel Macron's pension reform and unrest across the country have led to the postponement of a visit by Britain's King Charles III.

Traffic slowed in some areas, truck lines blocked the entrance to the commercial port of Marseille and the streets of Paris were still visible in the aftermath of the mass protests of the previous day.

In anticipation of the protest continuing, the French Civil Aviation Authority requested the cancellation of a third of flights on Sunday at Orly airport in Paris, and a fifth of flights will be canceled on Monday.
