The chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has stated that the former leader of the DP, Lulzim Basha, lay under his feet to postpone the local elections 4 years ago.

Invited to the "Opinion" show, Meta said that he betrayed him after he set the date of the elections again and then chose not to register for the elections since he had an opposition with zero councilors.
