Opposition candidate for the Municipality of Tirana, Belind Kelliçi

The candidate of the Opposition for the Municipality of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, in the parliamentary session where he submitted his mandate, called on the socialist deputies to embrace the change that is coming on May 14.

From the beginning of his speech, he singled out and praised honest socialists, and mentioned Rexhep Mejdani and Pandeli Majko by name.
