The chairman of the PD in Pogradec, Genti Çela, has published on the social network "Facebook" a photo of himself inside the Police Station of Elbasan, after he was detained by the police for last night's protest.

Çela writes that he spent the night in the cell, as he added that this action is a clear indication of the last throes of a regime sustained by crime.
