"Communist terror"/ Tritan Shehu: The police are calling protest groups

The PD regional coordinator for Tirana, Klevis Balliu, in a statement to the media, denounced that the non-existent incinerator of Tirana will burn another 13 million euros from the taxes of Albanian citizens in 2025.
"The incinerator that does not burn waste, because it does not exist, will burn another 13 million euros from the taxes of Albanian citizens in 2025.
This non-existent incinerator will devour a full 9% of the sanctioned budget for the financing of PPP contracts.
Not only have these contracts turned out to be corrupt, such as sterilization, the incinerator and endless others, but the government plans to increase thefts with concessions, as the 2025 draft budget plans a 1.4% increase in the financing of these corrupt contracts.
The draft budget of 2025 is not made for Albanians, but for strategic thieves and systematic thieves of the state coffers and elections.
The fact that Tirana's incinerator pretends to exist and SPAK pretends to investigate it, while Tirana is under garbage and Veliaj pretends to clean it, shows only one thing.
Since the extortion, they have turned to ridicule. That the Government, Municipality and Justice have all come together against the people, against each of you, against the future of the country and the children of every Albanian.
Look at Tirana and the roads, rivers and canals all over the country: they are filled with garbage and the pollution is at the level of the ghettos of Bombay.
We know who pays financial and health tax, just as we know where these millions of euros go.
We know that the highest taxes in the region for the non-existent incinerator are a cold-blooded plan of Edi Rama and his gang to steal to keep power.
With the money they steal from you, they pay the captured media, known as the incinerator media, to attack whistle-blowers, be they journalists or opposition politicians.
These are not governments, but invaders and should be treated as such.
They must be brought down before it is too late.
We need a technically neutral government that guarantees free elections.
We need a parliamentary Truth Commission that identifies the links of power to crime and undoes them through a public process.
We need the rule of law for all citizens.
"Albania must be saved, once and for all, from the clutches of the Stinking Alliance," said Balliu.
Balliu, among other things, announced the citizens to join the protest on Thursday, in front of the Tirana municipality.
"We invite all Albanians, citizens of Tirana, to join the popular revolt, which is spreading throughout Albania.
"Tomorrow at 11:00 a.m., citizen resistance continues at Tirana City Hall, where the theft of the city and the citizens of Tirana is prepared every day," said Balliu.
The same call was made earlier by Belind Këlliçi, the political leader of the DP for the district of Tirana./ CNA
