The head of the DP, Sali Berisha, reacted to yesterday's incident with the MEP Fredi Beleri, who was hit with an egg and a bottle of yogurt.

According to Berisha, this is an act of thuggery worthy only of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The leader of the opposition strongly condemns the act of banditry ordered by Edi Rama against the MEP Beleri in office.

Dear friends, in an act of primitive revenge against Fredi Beleri, who is in Albania as a member of the European Parliament delegation for Albania, by order of Edi Rama, they closed the door of the Parliament and did not let him in until the patronage provocateur came to attacked MEP Beleri. The provocateur after the bandit act left peacefully.
