Prime Minister Edi Rama during his speech from the House of Business, which is the newest structure in the service of institutionalized dialogue between the government and business, located near the Prime Minister's Office, in one of the cubes of the Pyramid, made a call to entrepreneurs.

Rama said that with this new structure, a better cooperation between the government and businesses will be possible. He emphasized to them that we should avoid the 'cafes' round and get rid of those who take bribes.

For a long time, indeed, we have as part of the government structure a Minister of State who is dedicated to entrepreneurship, but for a long time we also have the concern along with the question why there is not more interaction between entrepreneurship and this instance that is actually built for to be a door of advocacy for entrepreneurship, a door of advocacy where every entrepreneur can knock on any problem they have and the problems you have are of different natures, from problems related to sector legislation, from problems related to institutions that you encounter in the way of certain procedures, to problems that are completely individual, related, in a certain step of the work, to a deadlock that is created for your companies, for your units, as a result of an intervention that needs to be addressed , either when it is an intervention that brings with it an expression of arbitrariness in the interpretation of a process, or when it is an intervention that brings with it the suspicion or conviction that is due to corrupt reasons.

I have believed and believe that creating such a bridge and opening such a door, which is a direct door to the government table, is the best, simplest and fastest way to address the problem, I repeat, every problem and I underline it, every problem that is one of those unpleasant situations of facing a wrong interpretation of the administration or facing a person or a group of people who use being in public office to hinder the work with in order to get their bribe back.

Now, a large part of the world of bribery has been dismantled with digital interactions, a large part of the entanglements of entrepreneurship have been removed because many interactions forced by law or by work processes with the state, you do without any contact anyone and use the e-Albania platform, but still, there is another part of this old world of bribery that is still alive and it is incomprehensible to me, frankly, that an entrepreneur who has great responsibility, not only for himself and his family, but also for a certain number of employees and their families to be reluctant to face situations of this nature in the shortest way and in the most direct way by facing the government itself and the government has created this opportunity because he created this figure as part of the cabinet and this business house, - Delina named it, I don't take the credit, - so this space baptized as the Business House was actually born from the indomitable desire that we We succeed in achieving this goal, but also from the idea that perhaps the very fact that you have to go to meet the relevant minister, who is in a government building and then you have to go through the links and others, has been an obstacle. So we have created this space where there is no procedure and no process to cross the threshold of the door in the middle of the arch, next to the door of the Prime Minister's Office, where the office and administration of the Minister of State is and where they will be here in this space for persons who will be part of the structure of the Secretariat of the National Economic Council, but who will also be part of the minister's staff in the sense of interaction.

The General Secretary of the National Economic Council is not the minister's staff in the formal sense, but he is the minister's staff in the practical sense. I can't understand, honestly, when we ever happen to communicate with an entrepreneur who has a problem with the administration or when it happens to me, it happened to me before that unknown entrepreneurs from other areas of the country write to me who encounter, who have encountered the arbitrariness of the inspectors, since you tell them "Tell me who they were and let's interact together so that these people take responsibility and leave this job" and "No, I don't want to fall on the man's neck anymore" ".
