But for Berisha they are not the same.

When everyone is citing the two as the phenomenon of the Fier recount, for the Berisha standard this is not how everyone sees it.

Without being asked about Ceno Klosi, Berisha launched a flood of accusations by name and surname about him and the leader of the Fier list. In Berisha's logic, as long as he says you are a thief, this does not need to enter the machinery of the logic of others. As long as he says it, others can only repeat it, but not question it.

But when asked about the candidate on the DP list, he said that whoever violated the law must answer, but his candidate had not changed the list. Whereas Zegjineja had changed the list.

That is, in the case of Berisha's candidate's 700 votes, it must be found who violated the law. So "the counters are to blame"!

Neither Mrs. Hasaj nor Mr. Bardhi were anathematized by Berisha's personal and, to be honest, very limited vocabulary.

For Berisha, for his candidate and his flock, the counters are to blame.

As for Rama's candidate and Rama's flock, it's not the counters who are to blame, but the candidate himself, because he's a thief and the leader of the Fier list is a liar.

But he forgot when, in past mandates, he "killed" all the women in a row for the men on his lists to make room for some of his favorite men.
