Analyst Artur Zheji has commented on the polls for the primary candidates for the Municipality of Tirana.

The third and this hurts me a lot as a citizen of Tirana: Will we have a person who wants to be the administrator of Tirana not to put his foot on the backs of the citizens. I say this very clearly.
