How did the negotiations for the Port of Durrës take place?/ Alibeaj makes

Enkelejd Alibeaj, one of the divisive DP deputies, started the plenary session by making noise.

He has opposed the project for the Port of Durres, demanding that it not be approved quickly in the parliament

“Po e vërtetë, mund të kërkoj projektligj me procedurë për përshpejtuar, por ka arsye më të madhe pse sillni ligjin për portin e Durrësit. Kjo i bie ta fusni në punime dhe pas 2 javësh ta përfundoni. Ta marrin vesh shqiptarët, doni të kaloni me shpejtësi të madhe projektligjin që ka 5 nene. Ky ligj kushton 2 miliard e 100 milionë euro.  400 milionë një nen dhe ju doni ta kaloni me procedurë të përshpejtuar kur sot diskutohet buxheti? Doni ta kaloni fshehurazi. Sot s’po bëni gjë veçse po prini shiritin e një afere ekonomike që shumë shpejt mund të kthehet në aferë korruptive”, është shprehur Alibeaj.

Sipas tij, askush nuk e dinë si janë bërë negociatat.

"This does not bring us together because it is not our property, but the property of the Albanians. You have to tell him what's going on. Where does he have the right to sell something he has no right to do? Parliament should not quickly approve this law. The government should bring all the documents of the 5 articles that no one knows about and show the bargain with the Port of Durrës. The fact that you want to pass it quickly, that's where the devil hides," Alibeaj said further./CNA.al
