After the conviction of Ervin Salianji, Andrea Mano is expected to take the mandate of deputy.

During a statement to the media, Mano stated that he received a letter from the CEC for taking the mandate as deputy of Korça and accepted it and is already carrying out the necessary procedures.

"I am at the stage where I have received a letter from the CEC for taking the mandate as the deputy of Korça, I have accepted it, I have completed the necessary papers. I am waiting for the official acceptance of the mandate from the Parliament of Albania. I am a deputy of the DP and of course I join the DP parliamentary group", Mano declared.

To the question of whether he will return to politics after the end of his mandate as a deputy, Mano answered:

"Of course, I am sharing my desire and my will to be a representative of the citizens of Korça, a representation which, despite great efforts at that time, did not grow for many reasons, but I will return to active life and I will try that process that we started in 2021 to take it to the end."/ CNA
