The former deputy of the SP, Jurgis Çyrbja, has been officially charged by the SPAK for the charge of "abuse of duty", one day after handing over his mandate as the deputy of the SP in Durrës.

Çyrbja said that he gave up his mandate due to health problems. According to the socialist, he has to have a knee operation and the rehabilitation will take several months.

But the fact is that the socialist lawmaker was in the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office a few days ago, where he stayed for almost 5 hours, even though he stated that he was questioned as a 'person in the know about a case'.

CNA announced the defendant yesterday .

A report was made against him by the Democrat Edi Paloka for abuse of office during the time when he was managing the Durrës Mortgage.

According to Paloka, the socialist has signed two practices for the same property, in two different names, on the same day, thus realizing overlapping property./ CNA
