The investors that Rama calls strategic are such only for the enrichment of the Prime Minister and his court. Himara and all of Albania are only extorted. These decisions are in complete violation of the MSA, which requires an open competition, if you have a land and are going to build a hotel, you must announce it with an open competition, as there may be better offers (1) for the local residents, (2) for promoting the economy and tourism, but also (3) more environmentally friendly.
