Anëtari i Këshillit Kombëtar të Partisë Demokratike, Arben Ristani, ka komentuar tërheqjen e Ilir Alimehmetit nga gara me Belind Këlliçin, pasi dje kaluan në balotazh.

Ristani tha në emisionin "Opinion" se veprimi i Alimehmetit ishte i drejtë.

Sipas tij, gara do të kishte kuptim të vazhdonte vetëm nëse do të kishim një rezultat më të ngushtë.

“Për shkak të diferencës së votave. Në rast se votat do të ishin shumë më ngushtë do të kishte kuptim që gara të vazhdonte. Në këtë lloj diferencash për mua është veprim i drejtë. Dhe për më tepër, risia që ata sjellin është një gjë shumë e mirë për të vazhduar më tutje. Tërheqja ishte një veprim logjik për shkak të diferencës së votave. Alimehmeti i hatërmbetur?
