The SP group has presented the report on the issue of Belinda Balluku's immunity.

The PS has rejected SPAK's request for authorization to lift Balluk's immunity and deprive him of his freedom, thus not granting this authorization since the necessity of imposing such a measure has not been proven.

"We recommend to the plenary session the rejection of the Special Prosecution's request for the authorization to deprive Balluk of his liberty, that is, not granting this authorization since the necessity of imposing such a measure has not been proven. This recommendation of ours does not prevent SPAK from continuing the investigations against Balluk.
