Special headquarters for the security of Albanians in the Middle East convenes

This Friday, a meeting of the special staff established at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs was held, with the leadership team and the Ambassadors of Albania to the Middle East.

The focus of the meeting was on the ongoing monitoring of developments in the region, which has been plagued by missile attacks, drones, and numerous unrest for days.

The newly appointed Minister, Ferit Hoxha, emphasized the readiness that foreign service structures must provide.

"The Foreign Service structures, in cooperation with other institutions, are fully prepared to take any necessary measures depending on developments in the affected countries and to respond appropriately to any situation," Hoxha emphasized.

During the meeting, the situation of Albanian citizens facing the security situation in the Middle East region was considered an absolute priority./ CNA
