Rama in Athens: We deserve respect from everyone, you are pride

Prime Minister Edi Rama in his speech at the meeting held with immigrants in Athens said that we Albanians must be respected by everyone. 

He gave the message that Albanians should be treated as equals. 

"Welcome to your second home in neighboring Greece, my friend. Some here in Greece were surprised, others were upset, some said I should come visit you, but maybe when we see this display of family joy, they will understand that I have come to speak with the equals of this country. We are representatives of a country that is proud of us. We have bowed our heads for centuries because of the tragic violence deserves respect from everyone. You Albanians of Greece are today an added value of the economy and knowledge," said Rama.
