Rama, in harsh tones: We will have to equate arson with murder in the Criminal Code

Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted harshly to reports of cases of deliberate arson.

Through a post on social media, Rama emphasized that intentionally starting a fire is not only a crime, but it is a betrayal of our land and the future of our children.

The government's number one underlines that in this difficult time of global warming and fires that are challenging all Mediterranean countries in particular, we will have to equate arson with murder in the Criminal Code.
