Rama, a condition for the Socialists to run again

Prime Minister Edi Rama has set strong conditions for the Socialists who aim to run again in the 2027 elections.

During an internal communication, Rama emphasized that no candidate will receive approval to be on the list again without fulfilling certain concrete objectives on the ground.

"There will be no candidate who will receive approval to run again without 10 contracts signed within the framework of the Mountain Package and without 3 joint ventures approved," he declared.

According to him, these conditions are directly related to the economic development of rural areas and especially mountainous areas, which are part of the government's focus in this mandate.

Rama emphasizes that this approach aims to increase the accountability of representatives on the ground and guarantee concrete results before another mandate is sought by citizens./ CNA
