The Mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia

The Mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, held a meeting with the employees of a fashion factory in the city, where he presented the support plan for the business.

During the meeting, he stated that the business has been hit by the government in these 10 years, which he called the enemy of entrepreneurship.

Manpower crisis, reduced purchasing power, high taxes and arbitrariness is the model of this government, according to Spahia.  

" Business has received the strongest blows in these 10 years from the government, which has shown its enmity with entrepreneurship.

Regrettably, we find this in every business we visit and in conversation with entrepreneurs from Shkodra.
