Yesterday evening, the Electoral College rejected the request of the "Together We Win" coalition to put the name of Sali Berisha as leader on the ballot.

The Secretary for Legal Affairs and Elections in DP, Ivi Kaso, responded to this decision.

In a statement to the media, Kaso said that the Electoral College acted as a firing squad on behalf of the government and not as a body of judges of the Republic.

According to him, with this decision, the platoon of the College told the Albanians that they will also appoint the master of the house, according to the desire expressed by the government.

The Electoral College has chosen to act as a firing squad, not a body of judges of the Republic, depriving the opposition of the right to appoint the leader of the coalition in the May 14 local elections. The appeal that the opposition made to the KAS decision was overturned, turning the justice institutions from guardians of balances into guardians of the whims of power.

The flagrant interference in the right of an electoral and political coalition to appoint itself, with free will, decision of the participants and political symbolism, the leader of the campaign, is a decision that echoes from the catacombs of the years 45-48, when Enver Hoxha's courts killed with bloody decrees every bit of pluralism in our country.

This intervention in political symbolism, which is the exclusive right of political organizations and is not determined by a court, and what's more, it does not belong to the tyrants of our justice, who rise up with orders from the government and get drunk with political bribes, insults even the students of weak Jurisprudence.

Even for our justice, which is not ashamed when it becomes a tool and only as a tool raises the hammer to make decisions, this was a black record.

With this decision, the platoons of the College told the Albanians that they will also appoint the master of the house, according to the wishes expressed by the government.

This decision is political and not legal, and will be treated as such.

This decision is against pluralism and will only be remembered as such.

This decision is proof that the separation of powers does not exist and will only be registered as such.

This decision is proof that the judges of the Republic take orders, they do not administer justice.

This decision, as much as it shows the vindictive hand of justice dependent on the government, also proves the fear that has gripped the latter.

During the day, Rama-Balla and Gjiknuri-Balluku come out and say in the media that we win so and so, and at night they pay decisions to eliminate the opponent.

If they are so strong, why are they invested so heavily, shaming their hostages in justice, who they could use for other troubles.

But, their plight is known: accustomed to winning afro-faith or stealing votes with gangs and state resources, Edi Rama wants to keep every security of May 14 in hand.

He pretends to be brave, but acts like a coward.

The locks of power, who rub their hands behind him, and calculate the undoing of the real opposition, will end up in the same pit where the people and history throw all their ilk.

For another 23 days, let them act as the key-child of the government.

On May 14, we must say "stop" to the gangs that want to assign the master of the house to the Albanians.
