The leader of the "Together We Win" coalition, Sali Berisha, has revealed that the SP candidate for Saranda, Olti Çaçi, whom no socialist knows, comes with a ghastly mission.

According to Berisha, Rama's candidate comes from Durrës to bring the mafia to Saranda, as they are looking for areas to develop their criminal activity.

Berisha emphasized that the socialist candidate attended the mafia school in Durrës.
